After quite a long hiatus, I am very glad to report that I have finally made my way back to New York! Although my travels have been life-changing and eye-opening in countless ways, I honestly couldn't be more thrilled to be back home with family and friends. I undoubtedly have a new appreciate for all the blessings in my life and truly hope that the future will hold new adventures! It really is a vegan paradise!
